I am Steven, a former operations executive in advertising. Tim is a former world traveling global production executive also in advertising, Higabee is our bushy Maine Coon, and Chewie is our chonky bundle of Chiweenie dog love.

We have owned, refurbished, and sold a few properties from NYC to Ulster County. Schoolhouseno.11 is our favorite. I enjoy presenting a great experience for people. The Schoolhouse ceased operation as a school in the 1950s and has since been fitted out with modern comforts including two bedrooms, a full kitchen, large living room, w/d, outside seating areas and firepit while maintaining its historical single classroom charm. schoolhouseno.11 is perfectly located close to all outdoor activities and access within 10-20 minutes to neighboring hamlets, villages and towns in Ulster County such as Woodstock, Kingston, New Paltz, and Rosendale or 30 minutes to Gardiner and Saugerties or Phoenicia.
